New England’s Nutcracker
The performance date is December 7th, 2024 1 pm* & December 8th 2 pm*
The performance will be held at Kingswood Oxford, West Hartford, Ct
Rehearsal schedule:
4-6 yrs old (Bon Bons) Will rehearse in class:
Wednesday 4:15 Ballet, Wednesday 5:05 pm ballet & Sat. 11:05 am
Preschool Wednesday 4:15 & Saturday 10:10 am
Ages 7 & Up: Tuesdays
7 & up: 5 pm-6:30 pm
We will have additional rehearsals at the studio on the following days:
December 1st 1-5 pm all cast (those that are Bon Bons only arrive at 2 pm)
December 6th 5-8 pm- no Bon Bons
Day of show dress rehearsal:
Saturday, Dec. 7th:
All dancers 7 & up to arrive at theatre at 11 am
Bon Bons to arrive at theatre at 11:45 am
With hair in a bun, stage make up, wearing pink tights and leotards.
Sunday, Dec. 8th:
All dancers to arrive at theatre at 12 pm
Bon Bons will need:
Ballet pink tights
Long sleeve ballet pink leotard
Pink ballet slippers.
*Dancers performing as Bon Bons only will be performing in Saturdays show
As a reminder:
There is to be NO eating or drinking in any costumes.
Dancers should bring their make up with them. Dancers that need help with make up should let us know ahead of time so we can help put their make up on. There will be plenty of staff including older dancers to help.
Please keep in mind that we are on a very tight schedule for rehearsal. Please arrive on time.
Parents will NOT be allowed backstage during rehearsal or the performance.
During rehearsal there will be no one allowed in the auditorium.
No one will be allowed in auditorium until doors open.
Bon Bons parents will pick children up after the performance at the meet and greet on stage.
