Maria Adriana Roscio is the owner and a teacher at New England Dance with over 35 years of experience. Adriana was born in Uruguay, South America. Maria Adriana started dancing and performing at the age of 7. Adriana has been professionally trained by the founder of the Hartford Ballet and Albano Ballet Company, Joseph Albano and Julia Fredrick, and had performed with the Albano Ballet Company as a soloist performer for over 35 years. Adriana has augmenting her dance at Broadway Dance Center and Steps in New York City. Her training includes Ballet, Pointe, Jazz, Hip-Hop, Tap, Modern, Drama, and Music.
She has performed all over the state of CT, New York and Florida with the Albano Ballet Company, various professional dance teams, and as a backup dancer for upcoming artists. Some of her credits include performances at Mohegan Sun Cabaret Theater, Bushnell, Music videos, Sergio Franchie’s Cancer Festival. Dancer for the Florida Beach Dogs (owned and operated by Miami Dolphins), New England Sea Wolves Dance Team, CT Coyotes Dance Team, New Haven Ninjas (owned and operated by Madison Square Garden) Magic Show with Christopher Lee Productions, NYC Comedy Club, Celebrity Car Shows, and much more.
Maria Adriana is also an accomplished Choreographer. She has choreographed dances for many upcoming artists and professional dance teams including Miss San Juan and Miss Italia, USA. She continues to educate herself and perform. Maria is also a Certified Bikram Yoga instructor. She owned and operated Bikram yoga Farmington and Middletown Bikram yoga.
