I hope everyone is looking forward to
recital.It’s just around the
corner.There is a lot to prepare for so
we will need everyone’s cooperation.
The recital and rehearsal schedules
are now posted at the school and on our website.If your child is in more than one number,
please check the order schedule and make sure their dances are not back to
back.No changes can be made to either
schedule unless someone has back to back numbers.
Volunteers
are needed for the cafeteria to help with the little ones.If you are interested please sign up at the
school. You may also email me at Natalia@theballerina.com.For classes with children ages 6 and under,
two parents are required to stay with their child’s class.This is for the safety and well being of the
young children.
If you haven’t done so already, please
read the recital/rehearsal rules.It is important you understand all the information.The document can be found on our website
under the page: recital 2010.Copies are
also available at the school.Direct any
questions to your teacher, Natalia, or Adriana.We are more than happy to answer all your questions, so please don’t
hesitate to ask.
T-shirts
are in.If you’ve ordered one please pick it up.Any t-shirts not picked up by April 20th
will be sold to someone else.
Tickets
are now available.They will be sold
every day we are open, during business hours.You may purchase as many tickets as you like.Seats are not assigned.
Anyone receiving a trophy this
year needs to put their name on the list posted at the school by April
13th.Please be sure to write down your
child’s name as they want it to appear on the trophy and which recital day they
would like to receive it.For anyone who
is not aware, if your child danced at another dance school before New England
Dance they may carry their years over.
If you are interested in having
professional pictures taken, rehearsal will be the only time the photographer
will be there to do so.Payment is due
upon order.Videos/DVD’s can be ordered
any time after recital.Flowers will be
sold at recital by a florist. More information will be available towards the
end of April.The school is in no way
affiliated with these companies.We will
do our best to answer any questions regarding their services but you may also
contact them directly.
Summer camp
will be offered again this year.Forms
may be picked up at the school.You may
also register on our website.
Final statements
will be mailed in April.If you have any
questions regarding your statement please feel free to contact Natalia at 632-0446
or natalia@theballerina.com.All accounts must be paid in full by
rehearsal or your child may not participate in the recital.
You may now begin registering for the 2010-2011
season.Our schedule is posted on-line
under the registration page.You may
also pick one up at the school.
