It feels like spring is in the air a little early this year.
The list for trophies is up. If your child is to receive a 5 year, 10 year, or 15 year trophy please put their name on the list. We do not track this information so if you don’t tell us they will NOT receive a trophy. Our recital schedule is up so you can also write in the day you would like your child to receive their trophy.
We are in the process of selling recital t-shirts. The t-shirts have our recital theme on the front and all student names on the back. They are $17. If you are interested please let someone at the front desk know or email Natalia, Nataliam@theballerina.com. We have child sizes 6-8(S), 10-12(M), 14-16(L), Adult Small, Medium, Large, and Extra Large (add $2 for Adult extra large). Supplies are limited. To reserve a shirt payment must be made when ordering. Extra shirts ordered will be sold on a first come first serve basis.
Costume balances are due this month along with February tuition. . Please be aware that if you are not up to date with your tuition, even if you've paid your costume balance, you will not receive your costume. All costumes include tights, accessories and props. The teachers may hold onto the props until recital time so that they don't get lost. You are responsible for any alterations the costume may need. Please check your costumes as soon as you receive them and report any problems to the teacher RIGHT AWAY. If problems are not reported right away we may not have enough time to exchange the costume.
Please check the size of your tights to be sure they are correct. If the size is not right, return to the teacher for an exchange.
Recital/rehearsal dates are listed below. The recital schedule is posted at the school and our website. The rehearsal schedule will also be posted soon.
Due to the complexity of putting the recital schedule together, we will no longer be accepting special requests. The schedule is done and cannot be changed.
A reminder about parking. You are not to park in Prime Pays parking lot. We have 10 minutes in between most classes so please arrive no earlier than five minutes before class starts. Whenever possible please carpool.
We have a lost and found. Please check it.
